I contracted with Saviano for what should have been a very straightforward project - updating the exterior of my house. It ended up being a very slow, arduous process and ultimately I filed a complaint with the CSLB. The workmanship was very poor (my new driveway needs to be ripped out and replaced), billing practices were dubious and I never felt like I was getting honest, straight answers to my questions. He used the same worker for stonework, exterior window trim, carpentry, stucco and concrete. No surprise, but the quality was inferior and I asked him to stop work. It is very hard to find available contractors on the Peninsula but do yourself a favor and keep looking.
