From my first phone with Miss Melinda to dealing with Nate today, I could not be happier. They are both very courteous and professional. Septic tanks are new to me and Nate was very good at explaining everything to me so that I knew what the heck was going on. I will continue to use Saving Septics and would recommend them to any who needs Septic work or pumping done.

Jeremiah and Nate were awesome - Highly recommend you call them if you even have a sniff of a backed up system and before crap hits the fan. You don?t typically think about getting your septic pumped on a Monday, after a ?crappy? weekend of toilets overflowing, as being fun... But they made it fun! I canceled all my afternoon meetings just to hang out and talk to them while they worked. Very helpful, informative, and didn?t try to sell me on extra, unnecessary work with scare tactics about ?everything going to crap if you don?t!?. 10/10 would hang out with them and grab an ice cold brewski at the local watering hole. Actually kind of looking forward to filling the tank back up just so they?ll come back and play in the dirt again - I?ll tell the kids to keep flushing wipes and toys to speed up the time until our next clog...

Honestly, integrity, ethics and knowledge. Patiently advised what needed to be done, and how to care for system into the future. Explained every step of the way. Did the work with expertise, cleaned up meticulously after, and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. Total professionals. Would definitely hire again. Highly recommend!
