John and his team did a wonderful job. Very challenging installation of a 25' support beam. He completed the job on time even with additional work added to the contract. They were very good with cleanup at the end of the job and we are going to contract with him for another project, rebuilding of some stairs.

John and his crew were very professional every step of the way. Things moved quickly on my renovation+addition and I am very pleased with the results. I had interviewed 3 other contractor prior to picking John and I am so happy that I had made the right decision to go with John. I felt very comfortable working with John about discussing various design options, material selections, etc. He always had a good recommendation and found a sound solution to all obstacles we faced. I always knew what was coming next and there were no surprises along the way. I highly recommend Sawatzky Builders.

They did a great job replacing some beams with wood rot. I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

I appreciate the fact that John Sawatzky has a degree in engineering, and I appreciate his attention to detail. What he builds is solid and strong. John is very plesant to work with - he "aims to please". He has a good relationship with his workers and subcontractors as well as his clients.

I was very pleased with John Sawatzky. His professionalism was excellent. I had called another company first. He came out and said he would get back to me with an estimate. After two days I called him, said he would have the estimate for me the next day. NEVER CALLED. I called John Sawatzky, he came out that evening, Friday, looked at the job, and gave me an estimate in 5mins. We set up Thursday for him to do the work. He called Monday and said he could do the work Tuesday, I said great. He came with a helper and they got it done in one day. John came again and caulked tiles that weren't quite snug. I would highly recommend him!!!
