They contacted me quickly, next day, after entering the information about what I needed into the HomeAdvisor web site. They asked me to take photos of the damaged area of the door, the whole door and text the photos to them. When they arrived, they had the parts on hand and completed the task quickly and efficiently. They were able to accept any means of payment and it was done electronically on the spot. This whole process saved time and energy trying to find someone to repair the door and/or the parts to do it ourselves.
