John came highly recommended by another plumber (whom didnâ  t work on septic systems) I called John for a couple of smaller jobs that were taken care of immediately. John was very easy to work with. John informed me that my company and I would continue to have issues with the septic on a property that we had purchased and knowing he was right, we went into action to fix the problem for good. John did an excellent job and kept me informed throughout the project. I highly recommend Say Win, Inc.

John was exceptionally professional and honest. We had a company come out yesterday didnâ t show us what they were doing. Didnâ t explain much of what was wrong. And said it would cost over $3000 to fix. John came out today, talked to us about every thing they were doing before it was done. Talked us through every option. And explained how much everything was going to cost and why. He would come talk to us before each step he took and kept us updated with any issue. By the end of it all, there were no extra charges. No surprise changes and didnâ t cost as much as we thought. He involved us with every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone. He was polite and professional the entire time. Amazing man and more than happy with the outcome.

John came out the same day and discussed my options. He scheduled everything and came out the same week on Friday and completed the work the same day. He was very professional and courteous. Made me feel like he listened to and valued my input on the problem. He consulted with me and showed me what he was doing as he did the work. GREAT JOB John. Also, I feel like I got what I paid for.

John did great work. He answered all of our questions and completed the project in a timely manner. We're so happy that he fixed our septic system.
