Sayers Electrical Service

We are in the midst of selling our home and the buyers inspector noted something wrong with the wiring in one of our two circuit breaker boxes. Although I have a good friend who is a licensed electrician he lives to far away to help me out. I had sent my friend the inspectors notes with pictures and he told me there were two options, one would be to replace two of the circuit breakers with double tab breakers and the other was to replace the panel. I found Michael online and gave him a call along with 2 other companies and explained what the inspector had written. Michael responded within less than an hour and came out the following day to take a look at the wiring. I also had one of the other companies come out to look it over and to provide an estimate. Michael told me it was an easy fix however he didn't have the parts he would need but could come back the next day which he did. He was in and out of our house within an hour after making the repair and he only charged me a few hundred dollars which both my friend and I thought was more than reasonable for what he had to do. The other electrician wanted to replace the main panel and estimated it would cost $3500.00. In the end I went with Michael who gave me that trusting feeling from the moment he walked in our door till he completed the repair the next day. I would call Michael an honorable man, one I wouldn't hesitate to call in the future or refer to anyone.

A million stars. I wanted a wall heater installed in my 2 car garage so my grandson could work his email order business in this sub-zero temperature weather. He suggested using 2 heaters not only would it look better but would more evenly distribute the heat. He also told me the heaters were on sale. He did not have to do that as I would have had no way of knowing this. You couldn't ask for a better electrician. I am happy. Jeanne

Mike was great, he was nice, friendly, he and partner Bill did a wonderful job replacing and upgrading an old electrical panel, did some rewiring and switched out 3 old outlets with GFI outlets. Very good pricing and even cleaned up after completing the work! Would definitely call again!

Mike was great, he was nice, friendly, reasonable in price and suggested ideas to save me money. He did a wonderful job and you could call anytime and he would help you. I highly recommend him, you could not find a better service. He installed ceiling fans and a wall control, I had remote control before. He even was going to try to use my old fans to save me money.

Mike was very nice, prompt and professional. I just needed some wires taken out and others moved. It took an hour and the price was reasonable. I will definitely call him again for future projects.

I like how Mike called ahead, to say when he was getting here, very prompt and professional. The project was handled within the day. He did a great installing the bath exhaust fan and left absolutely no mess. Spot on, will keep him in mind for future projects.

Project was a bit tougher than originally expected - Mike did a great job of adapting to some complications from a prior install that were not visible until he opened the wall. He did a fantastic job while not charging me more money.

Responded to request within half hour. Did installation within 24 hours of request. Coming back to do another project. Kept me informed as to when arriving.
