Sayonara Pest Control, Inc.

Wonderful customer service by Tommy and his helper. Put traps for a racoon and checked every day. Put a one way door in the roof. You will feel comfortable with them and they are a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

This company has great customer service and stands behind their work. I highly recommend them for pest removal.

Called to have a raccoon removed from property someone arrived within 2 hours raccoon was not in the bush where heâ  d been so a trap was left for a $200 charge which I agreed with. Was told if no animal was caught would not refund the $200 which I was also agreeable too. A few days later a possum was in the trap, would be another $140 because it was not the animal intended to be caught. Someone from the company came and released the possum in my yard ( as I did not pay the additional money) and took the trap. Just be sure you receive all info and charges regarding the policy of removal of an wild animal. FYI they were quick in their response both times to my home .

When creatures invaded my home. I was very upset and afraid Sayonara came in with a great deal of knowledge and understanding. They put me at ease and prepared me for

Very professional. Called on Saturday and they were at my home on Monday as promised. Had squirrels in my crawl space. Tom installed a one way door for them to safely get out but not be able to reenter. By Thursday the family was out and Tom sealed off the area. Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Highly recommended. I called on a Friday and my racoons were gone by Saturday noon.

Very nice people. Honest, to the point and thorough. Highly recommend their services.

Knowledgeable, easy to discuss options with, realiable ( phoned back , arrived to job at agreed times ) . Very easy to work with . I would recommend.

Super responsive, communicative, and helpful, to both phone and text! Great to work with! I'll be calling Tommy again if I need any help!

I was very uneducated regarding pest and I was educated by the company the process and the why behind the situation.

They were very prompt. They called right away and came the same day that I contacted them. They were able to resolve the issue without any problem.

Tommy was great. I called him on Thursday for my squirrel issue. He came on Friday and set a trap. Fortunately our squirrel couldn't get back in the house and there were no others that had to be caught. On Monday Tommy was back to close up the hole permanently. He is very professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend him!!! You will not be disappointed.
