These men arrived on time, accessed each job, and choose the amount of fix required on each job. they didn't just replace, they accessed what was required. Also there was one job at my house and one 2 miles away at my daughters house. No problem for them. excellent efficient job, excellent personality, and workmanship. They know their field.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Called about noon on a Saturday. Steve stopped by to give me an estimate but couldn't replace my water heater on Saturday. He did show up first thing Monday morning and replaced my existing water heater with a larger model at a very reasonable price.

Steve immediately called upon my Servicemagic submission. He came out within a 2 day period. He gave me a verbal quote on the spot. I hired him and he completed the job right then and there. He was knowledgeable, reasonably priced, neat and friendly. The job took longer than he expected, but honored his quote. Have lots more to do, I will hire him for these additional tasks. I have already given his cards to several of my colleagues and friends.

Responded very quickly and did the job the same day. Broke a tile in shower, put shower handle on in wrong direction, cold water handle was not put in correctly, also in wrong direction. American Standard said that you have to turn it around. They are shipped that way and it is up to installer to put it in proper direction. Now it is up to my husband to fix it. He also tracked dirt throughout the house.

Steve called within 2 hours of me placing the request on Servicemagic. He was EARLY for the appointment we set. He was completely prepared. He worked efficiently and was extremely knowledgable. Steve's work was neat and well executed. He was friendly and polite. In fact, we have some friends in common. I was very happy with his work. He saved me some money on the water heater he installed.
