Overall this went very well. Especially my neigbors are happy too. Hoping for more business in the future.

They were the most expensive, and some of the trim they installed is rough, and we will have to resand it ourselves as it cannot even be painted in this condition. But, they are hugely responsive, polite, and arrived exactly when they said they would. We hired 5 others before them, and no one ever came to do the work. They came immediately.

Professional and attention to detail.

Very satisfied with the work that was done on my covered porch. Great attitude and great work you can’t beat that combination. Installed 2 decorative beams, straightened buckled porch ceiling and removed vinyl siding replacing it with wood. The price was not cheap but the quality was worth it.

Shawn has done work for us in the past and he always does a great job. He has perform many handyman duties around our house. Rick recently pressure washed the whole exterior of our house and did a wonderful job. He had great attention to detail and didn't miss any spots, it's nice to have someone you can trust to do a good job. Scapin Home Contracting is the first call we make.

Shaun and Chelsea are top rate professionals who repaired about 10 projects in my house . They are knowledgeable, efficient, capable of any repair, prompt, very personable, and I have every confidence in them. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Shaun, Chelsea and Dave were very efficient and able to work around a busy animal hospital replacing 2x4 light fixtures and doing some repairs in our boarding area. Great crew and we will be using them again.

Very professional and helpful

We requested a variety of items be addressed as a result of a home inspection when selling our house. Shaun was prompt, communicative, the quality of his work was excellent, and he charged a fair price. In addition, he worked with us while we were halfway across the country. Extremely glad and grateful to have worked with him.

Shaun and Chelsea were able to fix and repair a wide variety of things from re-threading screw holes, resetting the rollers on our sliding glass door, replacing pole light bulb, fixing some downspouts, and a half a dozen other handyman type projects. We will be using Shaun and Chelsea for our future needs as well.

Scapin Home Contracting were very professional, timely and efficient. They exceeded my expectations on how quickly they got the job done. They even cleaned up after themselves which I really appreciated. I'm definitely hiring them again for my other Spring handyman jobs.
