I was charged 435 more than the estimate. Although they were very courteous and cleaned up, I would have gone with a lower estimate company

Use a different contractor. Mr. Scarborough gave a full home quote and forgot that I had two separate attic accesses. He did not bring a ladder needed for one attic access on the installation day. A second installation date was scheduled. He came with the ladder and then stated insulation could not be installed. A third of my home did not get insulated. He only deducted 15% of the cost when 33% should have been deducted. My time was wasted, and I was overcharged. I will contract with someone else for the remaining insulation.

If you get a quote, get it in writing. We were given a quote to have insulation blown into our attic and above garage, the quote completely changed once the work was complete and it cost us $260 more than we were quoted...I consider that a pretty shady business practice.

Good experience overall. There was a delay secondary to a necessary equipment repair and the company owner let us know immediately & kept the lines of communication open until the job was complete. Good job guys!!

Fast quote, fast work, and best price in town. Had blown in insulation done right before it dropped below freezing. Heat used to run every 10 minutes. Now it runs only once an hour. Highly recommend.
