They responded very quickly by phone and set up appointment for the next morning. Arrived on time and quickly examined the roof and attic above the area where ceiling stains had appeared. Immediately diagnosed that the problem was caused by a single loose shingle nail. Rectified the problem quickly at a reasonable cost.
