We are a surveying company that was established in 1967. As with any small business, we learned quickly that the primary keys for success are the utilization of experienced personnel and the latest technology. Our employees are very skilled professionals and average over fifteen years with our firm. During the past several years, our profession has seen tremendous technological enhancements. We have made it a practice to adapt and use any new equipment or develop procedures to make us more proficient. I went with Scartz because the owner took the time to talk with me in general abut how servicemagic works and also how the survey process is done. Also, for what I received, the survey and a copy of the plat, his price seemed like a good compromise between the other two. I was very satisfied with the work done and it was done in a timely manner.
