Prompt,courteos, professional and we will employ him for future electrical work. He is presetly ordering a part for the fan as it requires replacement. He will advise us as to when the part is received by him. In the meantime we have use of the fan but it will function better with the manufactuer's original part.

I was impressed by Schaefer Electric Company's spending time explaining all details and subtle nuances associated with the installation of my touchscreen thermostat from Honeywell. The thermostat works well, swtiching on the furnace in the early hours then switching on the air-conditioning during hot summer days, and it is easy to use. I have lovebirds that must remain at less than 80 degrees during the day, and more than 70 degrees at night, and wanted a reliable thermostat to replace my manual switchover for peace of mind. Thanks to Schaefer Electric Company, I believe the thermostat they installed will provide years of reliable service!

Chris notified me promptly upon receiving my inquiry through Service Magic. He was very knowledgeable about ceiling fans and how he would go about completing the work. He provided pictures of similar installations which helped in our decision to hire him. He not only installed the ceiling fan but offered to paint the patch where he had to run the wiring. He was thorough with his work and very neat. We would hire him again.
