Unbelievably thankful for the professional and prompt service. Came out on a Saturday, during an awful cold snap, within a few hours when our geothermal went out. Nate diagnosed the problem in under ten minutes, and had us up and running again. We are extremely grateful for the quick and courteous call, cannot recommend Schar enough.

Cody was FANTASTIC. Came out during the snowstorm of 2026! Gotta love him.

Sunday night our furnace stop working. They came Monday found the problem ordered the part and came back Wednesday to fix it. Very nice men and they did great work. Everything working great.

Our furnace decided to quit during the winter storm of 2026. On top of that the forecast is Calling for temps below 0 to the teens this week. When I called Schar I thought they’ll schedule me in a couple of days which was fine by me instead, I was on their schedule the same morning I called. First class service call. Starting from the lady I talked over the phone to the friendly technician who replaced the igniter of our furnace. Highly recommend this company.

Very kind and seemed efficient

Our heater went out end of this past winter and then our AC went out beginning of summer. Talk about a double shot in the foot.z I worked with Darren (sales) to find out what we would need. He was very professional and not pushy about any specific brand or item. I told him what budget we wanted to stay in and he was right on the money with his quote. He was very thorough with explaining what he suggested and showing how to get heat & AC to work as needed. Ethan and Brad were the installers that came out to do the work. They were absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the product and install requirement, they laid down a covering over the floor so as not to cause any damage. Since we had to have both AC and heating done it took more time than usual but they had no problem coming out 2 days. I can t say enough how happy we are that we hired Schar Heating & Cooling!!
