I unfortunately have to change my review and it is not at all about the work. Back in December Michael fixed the AC unit and all seemed well.. great service and great communication. Unfortunately, the unit is having some issue again and I have been trying to get in touch with Michael but all his numbers are now disconnected and he is not returning emails. I am now out of pocket with a malfunctioning AC unit and a pro who does not answer... Perhaps something has happened since this seems to be out of character and I am happy to change the review again when/if resolved....

Mike was very prompt and immediately made a service call even on a weekend evening! He was at the distributor first thing in the morning and my A/ C was fixed within a couple hours! I would highly recommend Schenck Air Conditioning!

Our AC was totally out. I called Michael at 5pm on a Saturday -- he responded within 30 minutes and came by. He had to come back out on Sunday to do a temporary fix. Ultimately he got the house cool until he could replace the unit on the next Thursday. He communicated to us throughout the process (we were out of town) and did a great job explaining out options. I would highly recommend him for any AC issues. Professional - Thorough - Cared About Our Problem

AVOID. Didn't like him and he did a lousy job. We spent thousands of dollars. Poor quality work and service was worse. Paid again to have him come out to make another repair not taken care of the first time. Even worse results. Lost money now have to pay another company. Difficult to reach him by phone or email. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

Micheal is fantastic! He responded very quickly to my call and same day he was at my home when he said he would be. He was very professional and quickly spotted the issue with my AC. It required a new evaporator coil as it was leaking the coolant. He verified and the unit was under warranty. Next day he came with the new coil. I would rate him more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommended!!

Mike made 2 visits to my home to install new ductwork in a very tight attic that other companies either walked away from or quoted (a recommendation from Home Advisors company) 3-4 times the price which Schenk did. His price was more than fair, his workmanship was spot on and his response was as quoted. As others have said Schenk is my new A/C guy.

I have nothing to compare it with, but I believe his price was pretty reasonable as well, especially during this busy holiday season. He was very personable as well. I recommend him highly.
