Mike and staff are friendly, courteous and professional, we will definitely be using them next year. We did a lot of shopping around for a contractor and Schmanke does a great job at a very reasonable price.

Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding - Repair or Partially Replace
Mr. Mark Schmanke was very thoughtful, courteous, and professional. He is very good at solving difficult problems, that most contractors would simply tell you it can not be done. I live in a 103 year old home, and Mr. Schmanke was able to help with the install of a sink, plumbing problems with a sump pump, hazardous stairs in the basement, installation of outside lighting, rerouting and replacing gutters. We are currently working on a landscaping project and large deck. Mr. Schmanke has wonderful Ideas, and he will accommodate any budget. His flexibility and willingness to keep the customer informed of all fazes of the projects makes him a pleasure to work with. To date he had been the best!
