Bo was very communicative and flexible with us and came out to the house to inspect when it was convenient for us! His work was very thorough as was his report. He even charged us a lower rate than he originally quoted- and heâ s not one of those â charge per miles driven or square footageâ guys. Flat rate! We definitely recommend him!
