Schmidt's Seasonal Services

They were hired to help with lawn service during recovery from cancer surgery. From the first date of service, excuses for every moment. Weekly mowing, not done. Up to 14 days between service calls. When they did arrive on the first two visits, poor service. One their third and final visit, severe lawn damage. They continued to mow despite their equipment sinking into the wet ground. No effort to contact me. They waited until I saw the damage and complained. The same visit was extremely poor service-wise. Tire ruts, lawn scalping, large amounts of clippings left on the lawn and piled against the house, and bald spots from tires all over the lawn. Their service was terminated after that. Delays to our service always took second place to his **larger big business** service. Residential services do not take priority when larger services are contracted it seems. This company required half the season expense upfront and now refuses to return funds. Aaron Schmidt personally says he will repay but misses the date of payment repeatedly. Always very nice on the phone but does not follow through with promises to pay a refund. Complaints filed with BBB and Ohio Attorney General office. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Aaron was great to work with. His crew worked hard and aimed to please. I will use them again.

Aaron was wonderful to work with! I will use him again, for all my outdoor needs!

They cleaned up the leaves in the front and backyard in record time. The workers were very professional and the yard looks great. Also, Arron kept me informed when they had to reschedule. I will definitely use them for other projects and I'll let my friends know about my positive experience.

Did a great job!

Very professional and did a great job with final cleanup. Will use them again for additional work that I want done this Spring .

We have a large yard with a tons of leaves that needed to be raked. Aaron and his crew stayed with it and finished it in one day, even through the evening. They hauled all the leaves away too! Also, cleaned out my gutters and roof! I've decided to have Aaron and his crew to come back and do some more work!

I hired Schmidt's to take care of my elderly parents property. For once they have a service the actually shows up, completes the work requested and is respectful.

They responded within 15 minutes of my post and were here within 30 minutes. Very professional and wanted to ensure my happiness with the job.

They did a nice job!

Aaron was great to work with. He knows his stuff and is passionate about the work he does and quality he provides.

PLEASE DONT HIRE THEM. THEY DID MY FIRST LAWN MOWING AND TOLD THAT WE CAN LEAVE THE LEAVES. THIS SPOILT MY YARD AND LAWN. THEY CHARGED ME MORE AS WELL. DONT HIRE THEM. THEY DONT LOOK LIKE PRO ON THIS.

Schmidt's Seasonal Services is a top flight company. They arrive on time or earlier. All work is performed in an efficient and timely manner. The work is a great value for the dollar paid. They anticipate future possible problems and offer solutions. If they inadvertently cause or create a problem which is extremely unlikely they correct the situation at their expense. They are courteous, respectful and friendly. I recommend them.

Very professional and detailed oriented. Service was well worth the money.

I had two bushes I needed removed and Aaron and his crew did a great job. They dug up the roots and left the area clean and raked. It was well worth the money. I would definitely hire Aaron again and would recommend him to others.

Thanks to Aaron and company, I have the most beautiful and unique front landscape. He designed and created a rock river bed with plants and lighting that dazzles everybody. He has also done all my lawn and yard work for years. Extremely dependable. Very courteous. Reasonably priced and a joy to deal with.

Aaron is great to work with. He is responsive, thorough, and timely. I think his rates are a little higher than some competitors, but it is completely worth given the value he provides. Also, at times his crew gets the work done in less time and he then charges for the actual time spent, not just the estimate.

great team!!

Professional and responsive for mowing

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Had the proper equipment to complete the job in an extremely timely manner. Very polite and pleasant to work with. Always dependable. I would highly recommend them for any service needed.
