Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
On 4/8/26 Mr. Joshua Wosotowsky came to my home to give me an estimate for replacement for roofing of my back roof over my mudroom and replacing the flooring of my upper back porch due to leakage into the home. I was advised that I would receive a call with a date of the service. I never received the call though. However, a work crew showed up on 5/21/26 to complete the job. I called and sent Mr Wosotowsky pictures of the work and let him know of the unsatisfactory work that was performed. They left roofing tar throughout the job that is only suppose to be used as a temporary fix and the fact that's exposed, spray paint on my roof, bubbles and lumps in the roofing material, rotten wood that was supposed to be replaced that was discuss at the time of the proposal, they placed plywood boards placed over the rotten wood. and in some areas the roofing material is starting to come up. There's roofing tar used on the siding where before the job was done there was none.

I our roofing consultant Steve was excellent and explaining insurance all that needed to be done is very knowledgeable about his job and we appreciate all the things that he did for us. He was very polite and courteous, and I always had a smile on his face.. all of the work was done in a timely manner and that is why I gave them a five star and we recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work or replacement. The crew cleaned up after themselves and make sure there were no nails or old shingles on the ground before leaving.
