Todd does a great job in whatever he does. I have hired him before for other projects - most recently to update/refresh an apartment I own. He prepared and painted the walls, built custom drawers for kitchen cabinets, and was a true problem solver throughout the process. Todd communicates well, provides daily updates, and makes proper decisions based on guidelines and budget. He is very trustworthy and someone who will get the job done right at a very fair price.
