Retaining Wall - Install

This company is a sham! The quality of work was very poor and he refused to make an effort to correct this. He talks a lot but does not have the true knowledge to perform the task. He was also supposed to cut my lawn on a regular basis and it was like pulling teeth to get a hold of him and even worse to get him actually out to my home. I would NEVER EVER recommend this "company" If you are simply looking for a way to waste money then by all mean you've found it!

"I am sorry you feel this way. All customers call when they need service or want service. Cutting also stops when a customer has a unpaid balance. I am not sure if this is the case with this customer or not. But service will only be provided when accounts are paid and up to date and a call to receive service has been made."

Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
My experience was having them come and mow my lawn and spreed fertilizer and weed killer. I felt like in some spots there was no fertilizer or week killler spread out. And in the driveway there was fertilizer that shoul have been blown so that my kids pick it up and touch it.

1st of all he was late and when I met him he said someone complained before but he had good reason. He didn't have good reason, the money was p/u on time but we had to wait. 2nd he didn't give me 16 pallets, he used only 14 and said he used 16. I counted the pallets myself. 3rd there was a leak at the pumps but his excuse was that water was spraying in side. It looked like a pool inside that box and I saw were the leak was at. Initially he finished short on the sod, nearest the road. He added an additional row as originally discussed. Later, the second to the last row died and he said it wasn't getting any water, which is why is stopped it there to begin with. But I showed him that the last row is what was added and it was growing fine. Well, I discovered what happens when grass dies or doesn't grow. WEEDS GROW!!! This guy is just in it for the MONEY, not his name or workmanship. Very nice guy overall but he can mouth is bigger than his work.

"We are sorry you feel the way you do. Sixteen pallets of grass were delivered and laid at this job site. Initial delivery was fourteen pallets. Another two were delivered after the first fourteen were laid. Unfortunately, during this time frame I was unable to get grass from any of my locate suppliers and this caused a delay getting the job started."

James came when he said he would, very prompt and professional. I am well pleased with the job he did. He cut up a 12 ft. tree trunk, cut the stump down and cleaned up the area. We very happy to see it gone. Thanks James

1. Did not come when scheduled or call. 2. Started work and left and didn't come back for several days. 3. Did not complete work, came back, but still didn't do everything that was pointed out that needed to be done more than once. 4. Left without getting final approval.

Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
He left his mower, rake, and hose for the mower in our yard for 3 days. The hose and the rake is still here. He did not cut down a small tree that he said he would do. He did not trim the bushes and he left big tree limbs laying in our yard. If we wanted to do this our selfs we would not have hired him in the first place. We paid him $300.00 and we still have work to do. We would never tell anyone to use this company.
