Our conversation was very candid. They offered if I waited a few weeks the night time temperatures would be under 45 degrees and the yellow jackets would die off. No hard sell. I chose to let them eliminate the nest. Our weather is staying unseasonably warm. It was a good decision to lt then provide the service.

I had a bee issue. The tech was here for almost an hour searching for the nest but couldnâ t find it. He was outside, inside, all around the property and also the neighborâ s property. He sprayed the area and got lucky..found the Queen! He only charged me. $59 because he never found the nest. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I would hire them again for sure.

The man I spoke to to set up the appointment was very helpful and professional. The only downside was that the man on the phone told me they would not spray our kids playset. However, the technician did spray all over the kids playset. He said in 2 days it would be totally safe for them to play on it again and we had rain so I felt better about it. But I didn’t like how I was told one thing over the phone and then the technician did the opposite. But he was very thorough and removed all of the wasp nests around our home. Overall I was pleased.

"Thank you for the business and for the thorough review. We appreciate it! Just a quick correction: The word "spray" in our industry means a tank with a hose attached. We would never do that to a swing set. What our tech did for you, because there were so many wasp nests, is he used an aerosol to flush them out and kill them on contact. There is very little residual and it would be contained to the exact spot where the nest was attached to the playset. There was never any danger to you or your family. Our tech was being overly cautious; which in our industry is a good thing. I hope this helps.
