"Hello Cynthia, as we stated last October to you when you had the work done, we gave you several options. As you recall our technician informed you that your cast iron sewer drain system was worn out and in need of replacement. We gave you an estimate to replace the system along with the estimate to make the repair under the bathroom (master bath), the area that was having the immediate issue. We informed you the repair we made would fix that area of drain line, but you would have continued issues because of the condition of the rest of the cast iron drain system. You chose to make the repair just under the bathroom and not to replace the entire drain system. We are sorry you continue to have issues with your drain system and unfortunately you will continue to experience these stoppages until you have the system replaced."
