Very responsive and helpful. Not only did the yard, but was able to provide other services.

Steps were constructed with inadequate support underneath. I have had to place a concrete block there to keep them from breaking off. Lattice is very poorly done, and simply butted up against itself to form a corner, with no support and splintered in many places. Communication was not good, and I was not expecting the porch to look this way at all. Was expecting a different railing altogether.

Mike was great, felt very comfortable with him so hired him to put in a new hot water heater and install chimney cap as well. Price was very reasonable, he was on time, did the job in the timeframe he quoted and was very courteous. Will most certainly hire again for other jobs. I would highly reccomend him.

I had Mike replace/add some flashing and seal the existing material around my chimney to repair a leak that had developed. Other than a slight delay on his end while attempting to schedule a time/date for the repair, Mike was punctual and always showed up on time, including stopping by on a Sunday for the initial inspection. He was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He had no problem with going back up on the roof with me to show me the work he had done when I asked. Though I haven't had a good hard rain to test the repair, it looks good and should hold up well. I would consider Mike for our future needs based on his performance with this job.

Mike was very good. He even helped me out with a couple other things in my new home at no charge (like the furnace had failed to light and he found and fixed a minor problem, saving me a $35 service call).

Thank you for the great job you did of matching us with the Schrader company! They were quick to respond and very accomodating, which makes it easier for our circumstance (given that I'm in Boston trying to find a handyman for my mother-in-law in Cleveland...) The job hasn't been completely completed yet, but so far so good. Thank you!

Mike was very efficient and helpful. He was able to get my job done in the timeframe that I had available and did a great job with what was asked of him
