As far as tile he is totally unqualified to touch it. The work is totally amateur and he has not business stating that he can do the job. I had to hire a new contractor to take down the tile work he did because half of the tiles were damaged and they did not even have enough glue underneath and they were going to fall. He put the tiles right next to each other which made no room for grout. He left the edges bare and not finished. When I called him to discuss this he hung up on me. He is unprofessional to say the least.

I had bought the materials and I got a fare price to have them install the flooring I had. They did great work and even had the trim to ho along base board also and even stained it for me.

Chris was very professional. He gave me a reasonable quote in a timely manner. He even came to do a final walk through when the job was completed. Kyle was prompt, professional, and kept me updated on the project. He did a great job on my floor and was able to fix some areas where another contractor did a poor job. I highly recommend this company and will add them to my preferred list for future use.

Fantastic communication by Chris for our quote and project timeline. Kyle and Mike worked late and were great with my day to day questions, next day start time, and scope of work. Chris, Mike, and Kyle did our final walk through to make sure we were happy with Schroeder Floor Covering.

Did not finish the project, it is one year later and they would not respond the phone calls or texts. I have a construction site in the middle of my house. I need a partial refund for the work not complete or the work completed. I need the custom pieces that were order 1 year and half ago to complete the project.
