Bill is very good at his trade. He is courteous and interested in your job. He is a professional. He is also very busy - he has many customers - you have to wait a bit.

Bill is excellent at his trade. He knows the solution to your lawn problem. He is very good with trees and shrubs. He recommends solutions that had not entered your mind, i.e., why not put in a sprinkler system to alleviate watering. My neighbor has not engaged him to take care of her lawn because he did such a good job on mine.
