Had a leaking inlet pipe in my water heater that could not turn off. Came quickly (about 90 minutes), were very polite and professional. The repair was fairly simple and straightforward but not something I wanted to tackle myself especially as even turning off the main water valve did not stop the leak.

The workers were very nice guys, but seemed hamstrung by the front office. They wanted $1200 to replace a shower fixture.... totally ridiculous. I'll just use my other shower thanks...
