They did a great job, after the fire that occurred in our kitchen,. They were prompt and quick to communicate. I have already referred friends and family.

I hired Brandon to complete an "inspector's punch list" when we were selling our home. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only could he complete the deck work, but also the electrical and plumbing issues! Service was amazing (we had to have them revise an invoice several times) and they were always willing to do what we needed...Based on the work performed I will hire them again!

We hired Schultz Contracting to hang lights on a large evergreen. The man who did the work arrived promptly the next day and did a tremendous job. I would definitely hire again.

We hired Schultz Contracting to install new drywall in our dining room, living room, entry and hallway and to rebuild our staircase. What was supposed to take one week took three weeks, including weekends, until we decided enough is enough. On November 6, which was the first day on the job, they arrived over two hours late and had no tools or supplies so I gave them permission to use my drywall, screws and tools. The owner showed up a few hours later which I thought was to obtain a supply list but he was there for only a short period of time with no conversation about what to expect throughout this process. I put 50% down and continually reached out to the owner about our dissatisfaction with the progress and quality of the work. The drywall had so much tape and mud that it was impossible to obtain a professional finish. Additionally, the floors were covered in drywall mud that was getting tracked all over the house. We eventually had to clean it up because it was such a disaster and apparent they weren't going to do it. Unfortunately, we continue to discover more issues as we are fixing the walls. As far as the staircase, there were nails protruding from the back of the risers and the treads were not flush against the risers. It didn't make any sense to us why they would attempt to install the new staircase when they were still trying to work on the drywall. They new treads were covered in drywall dust and mud and we were concerned it would ruin them. I will admit the newel posts and iron posts in the banister were installed very well. Unfortunately, the staircase is still requires more work as well. Overall this project was very stressful and the issues that we dealt with were unnecessary. I paid too much money for the work that was done but we were so frustrated that we just decided to pay them to get them out of our house. I would under no circumstances ever let this company in my house again. Ed

George took the front door down to the bare wood and stained it. Looks beautiful. Also had repairs done to cedar screened in porch in the back. Great job and price! Will hire them again.

They were responsive to our needs made suggestions that improved the work we had then do to fit with our concerns. Installer grab bars in bathroom and shower when I hadn’t tho The of them but they suggested and it was an improvement over just installing a towel rack.

George installed the new back porch light after previous one fell off the wall. Everything looks great and everything was cleaned up after the installation. Price was exactly what Brandon quoted me over the phone. No surprises.

Brandon was very nice and quick to give me a quote. Work was done in 2 days by Brad (very knowledgeable and nice), however, I did feel that the price was a bit high once I saw how it was being done versus during the consultation. I'm just glad to have it finally done, and I plan on having them do my kitchen floor!
