Chai is very responsive and very attenuative. I have two properties with hail damages, and Chai took care the business showed up on the roof herself several times. Will be my go-to roofer and other repayments.

When Marvin and Chai arrived to give me an estimate, I immediately knew they had the best intentions and really wanted to help me. When they looked into my roof damage they actually took the time to tarp the area before they left in case it rained which nobody else even thought of or offered. That brought me peace of mind because it looked like it was going to rain and it actually did. Marvin and Chai work beautifully together, they make a great husband and wife team. They are sincere, caring, and very knowledgeable, and they make sure the job gets done and it gets done right. I will definitely hire them again and I most certainly will recommend them to others. They were easy to get a hold of, they answered all of my questions, and they made sure that I was a satisfied customer. They are also really down to earth, honest and super nice and I'm glad I hired them.

They were fantastic to deal with. Answered all questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable with working USAA. Made sure our house area was clean of debris. Took special care to our pool and deck area free of debris. Highly recommend for your roofing needs. Very happy with our new roof, drains, and leaf gutters.

We were very pleased with the repair project completed. Marvin and Chaitanya were very informative about what needed to be done and why. I thought the price they gave me was very fair. I was impressed not only by their work, but by the level of communication. They let me know how things were going with calls and texts. They even sent me pictures of the work in progress. You won't get that kind of service from the big companies. Schultz may be a small company, but I'd hire them over any of the big companies again. They are good folks. Thank you Marvin and Chaitanya!

On-time, good work, and fair price. Highly recommend. UPDATE: 02/21/20 Stay away from these people. They put my family at risk when they installed my roof. Left my Exhaust vents from my furnace and water heater unattached which caused carbon monoxide buildup in my home which could have been disastrous for my family. I called Marvin and his wife to discuss my concerns and also they did not properly insulate my chimney so it leaked into my home and caused damage. To this day they have not made an attempt to make this right. Terrible customer service and they should not be in business.

Marvin and Chia did a great job painting the exterior of our 2-story house. They also did some minor repairs of an exterior door and replaced a shutter, all of which look good now! Although we had rain on at least 2 days, and it was 100 degrees in the daytime, they kept at it. And we were very appreciative of their desire to do a great job, despite the conditions and the high elevation of our house. We would use them again without hesitation.

The worker did a fair job. When he came back to finish it was late on a Saturday night. He called the owners after 9 pm to tell them to come get the pile of trash. He said they were on the way. They never showed up after 3 more calls. The worked finally had to leave around 10:30pm. The owner finally called us the customer some time after 1 am. We told them to call us Sunday afternoon after lunch. They finally showed up mid afternoon to pick up the trash left in the back yard and get his payment. It was very poor Customer Service the second day.

they were in constant contact regarding our roofing issues. Got a quote which was a much better deal than any other company. The work was finished within our time period . We were on a tight schedule with our insurance company. Everything was completed on time. The workers finished on time to meet our deadline. Was kept informed of the progress at all times. They had an issue with some supplies but did not charge any extra for the time or the extra cost. The price quoted never changed. The crew was fast and and made sure the area was cleaned up after the installation If you're looking for good quality at a fair price, this is the company to go to. I happily recommend their services to anyone.

Getting a roof replaced is a big deal and a huge expense. Schultz Roofing did an amazing job from A to Z. Every little detail was explained to me. They were very transparent and elaborate on all the work they were going to perform on my roof, which I absolutely appreciate. I could not find better pricing for the type of shingle they were including in the work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
