I highly recommend Matt for your future projects! In addition to having him replace my old deck with a composite deck he also built a garage addition onto my existing garage. He was very thorough making sure all inspections were passed and to code. He kept on top of communication with me throughout the process regarding time of completion and if there may be delaysâ ¦building materials arriving, waiting on inspections, etc. He was very precise, yet timely from craftsmanship to building costs/estimate/completion time.

I would highly recommend Schumacher Construction, LLC for anyone with remodeling or construction needs. Matt is very easy to work with. He explains and confirms everything that he is doing ensuring everyone is on the same page. He does such a terrific job.
