Wood Fence Installation
I hired Schurle Fencing to install a fence and paid a deposit in August 2024. I was told the fence would be installed no later than October. Nothing was communicated to me without initiating communication and was told week after week that the fence would be installed in the next couple of weeks. Fast forward to December and I still did not have a fence. Ended up going to small claims court and won, however, Blaine has made no effort to refund my deposit. I had to hold him in contempt of court after the judgement was made. Check out Kansas District Court cases before using Schurle Fencing-it is eye-opening.
