I hired this company to do a basement remodel. After almost a year of trying to work with them, I have fired them and I am currently working on a court case against them. They failed to deliver the materials that they were contracted to provide, they failed to perform the work that the contract called for and the work that they did was of extremely poor quality. I have hired someone else to complete the job.

They disappeared after we gave them money at permits. Their website has gone down and I believe the company has gone under.

They absolutely scammed me. Playoff my down payment of $18,860 and now they won't even return my calls. I'm not the only one talking them to court.

Do yourself a favor and hire a different company! Absolute disgrace of a company and once I got fed up with the way they do business, I canceled the project altogether. Sean, the owner was very displeased and although he did promise looking into how much of my $14,500 deposit I could get back, I still haven't heard from them. That was in June 2023.... I have contacted them numerous times since but they just don't give a sh*t. Also, they claim to be A+ credited by the BBB, which is no longer true. "On 01/23/2023 this business's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure by the business to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet and abide by the following standards: 6. Hired multiple unlicensed crews that later walked off my job and threatened to file liens even though I fully paid Schwalb. Continuously failed inspections with the city and tried to extort me for more money to hire licensed subcontractors after the city learned the electricians onsite did not have licenses. Run run run.

The only time they were able to communicate with me it was to ask for more money.

horrible company. they change their information so it's not connected to their business. they did not finish my two bathrooms. work is already falling apart. they didn't order parts which delayed the project. they constantly battled with us on what was agreed to. they had us do the deal with one person and then switched on us the day before the project was to start. Run the other way and don't use them. they say they guarantee their work for a year... if they actually finish it and get back to you.
