"First of all, I took off $100 off what was agreed upon because Mr. Wynn assisted me. Second, the way the skylight is installed is next to impossible to leak. It need not involve hope at all. I took the old one away. I do not know if he is talking about some dust on the roof. There is always some taring involved and there is only one way to apply it. I feel good about this project that it was delivered like so many in the past leak-free. And looks good from the inside. George."

He’s an expert in replacing skylight windows. We had a good consultation visit to talk about the scope and he measured the window. He was able to present all the paperwork to the board for approval. The replacement of the window and repair of the wall was completed in a day. The second day was to sand and apply a primer to the repaired wall.

Mr George is incredible. He is knowledgeable and flexible, he came to my new home and gave me some flexible plan for the skylight and hatch, he measured the right size of the skylight, after about 1 week, it is perfectly arrived and installed and sealed by his hardworking.I help him to lift and carry up the skylight to the roof, he gave me some discount of the deal, we are both happy, that is a farewell price I haired for him, he also give me 5 years warranty of waterproof. Highly recommend.

Schwamberger Contracting was hired to replace a leaking skylight and repair holes on front and side wall of my home. Mr. Schwamberger was very professional. He provided a cost estimate for the job. The work was completed in a timely manner plus I was given a 5-year leakage warranty on the work. I would definitely recommend this company for any skylight or roofing work that may be needed.

I requested a quote for a leaking skylight. George responded immediately, and was extremely knowledgeable. After I gave him a few details over the phone, he knew exactly what type of skylight and situation I had. He came over to confirm the details and provide a hard estimate. The pricing seemed very reasonable. They were able to replace the skylight and fix the damaged area in less than a day.

George is a good guy. Did not try to gauge me for repairs I didn’t need. Saw the skylight was in like new condition and recommended to reseal around the window pane. Had to return because the seal hadn’t dried before some snowfall but he had no problem coming right back out. After two big rain storms, it’s been dry so far.

"Danny asked me to lower my price because of his job situation. The leak had nothing to do with the skylight. But was caused by something else on the roof. Which I found and did not charge extra for. Since I showed compassion right from the beginning and went over and above what was expected of me. I definitely believe a higher review was in order."

Did a very nice job sealing my roof access hatch which would leak when the rain was heavy and winds blow at certain angles. Just went through the “cyclone bomb” rain storm here in Queens. Winds up to 60mph blowing every which -a-way and literally 24h rain with no leaks. Pretty happy with the results. Hope it gives me the couple years he said it will.

I was very happy with the services provided by Schwamberger Contracting. George replied very quickly to my phone call and was in my home within 2 hours. I had a skylight leak during a recent storm and George inspected this skylight as well as my 4 other skylights and my roof. We then discussed what minor repairs were needed and the costs involved, which were quite reasonable. He then completed the work within an hour. I would highly recommend this firm and found George to be very professional and personable.

George is a finel professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He did a great job installing a new skylight and removing the old one. He also sealed/waterproofed the roof and adjacent walls, repaired and repointed a chimney, and installed caps on all 4 vents. His work was done carefully and well at reasonable cost. He will be the first person I call for future roofing work. He is also a very personable fellow and easy to work with. I felt safe and secure with him in and about our home.

George is real easy to work with. He came prepared, had all the tools and materials he needed and did a great job. Goodbye, skylight leaks! The new skylight went in easy, George used the flashing kit and sealants correctly, and delivered a great job on time and at the agreed price.
