Robert,the technician was very accommodating in providing an appointment and servicing us quickly. Our water pressure was very low and the dishwasher was leaving a film on our glasses. Robert assessed th situation and saw that our water filter was not working. He recommended that the brine injector set be replaced. The water filter is now working and the water pressure is much better. We are very pleased with the service that we received from Robert from Sci-Chem Water Treatment.

Recently purchased a home with an existing water softener system and needed it replaced. Wanted to hire local so I called a company I had used in the past with another home. After leaving voicemails I couldnâ t even get a call back. (I know the company is still in business as Iâ ve seen their truck driving around town) So I called larger national water companies only to get hour-long sales pitches on why I should choose them and not the competition. They pitched that if I would sign a contract right then I would receive their â once in a lifetimeâ deal on a water softener. .. I donâ t like salesmen. So I went to HomeAdvisor to find a local company, and thatâ s when I came across Sci-Chem. From the beginning, Robert was amazing. Communication was great. Very punctual with appointment times. Final product looks great and water problems are fixed. AND..The best part is that he was half the price of the â once in a lifetimeâ deals I was offered by the big companies. I recommend Sci-Chem to anyone.

Robert did a great job with our Flack Water Softener System! From start to finish he was able to finish the job in just about 2 hours, and clearly was a professional looking install. Looking forward to the years of service from the water softener system. Robert was fair-priced, genuine and honest man. I will surely recommend Sci-Chem to our neighbors.

Robert came same day he was called. Did a fantastic job on testing the system and repaired it at a very low cost. Two days later he stopped by to check how the system was working and re tested the water. Great job!

I moved into a home that had no water treatment. Water was coming right from the well. I got a water test done and knew I need more than the average home. I did extensive research to find what I really needed in a system. Robert came and was very knowledgeable, did not try to upsell and explained in detail what the system would do and how he would install it. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to install a whole house water system.

The person who performed the work was very professional and honest. His fee was very reasonable.

Even though it was a little expensive, the technician did a very thorough job and basically rebuilt my 15 year old system. It was definitely worth the money. The technician explained everything well and was very personable.

The service man's partner said the service call would be $45, but I was charged $90. Perhaps the time he spent to explain my questions was beyond a standard service call which may be why he charged $90. He explained how the water softner works and steps I can take to determine if its working properly. I plan to use him to service my unit on a annual basis.

This company is very accomodating, professional, and experienced. I am more than safisfied with their work and Robert kept in constnt contact with me to follow up on the work that was done. Great company!!!

He was very professional, new what he was doing and to the point. He did not attempt to make up something in order to make more monies. My problem was very simple and he was on the money. Awesome job, will use them again if need be.
