The only issue is when you try to call them and they don't pick up, you are unable to leave a message as the voicemail is full. Also they still haven't sent me a receipt.

We received prompt service on our LG appliance that had a problem with the freezer (bottom of refrigerator). They sounded familiar with the problem even on the phone and handled it capably and quickly when they arrived. Also, they added us to the end of their day and were so pleasant. And we were fixed for $80.00!

They took my money and did NOT repair my refrigerator claiming they had to get the part needed, never contacting me thereafter! I wonder if all the reviews on HomeAdvisor were fictitiously created by them to make them appear legit. My home warranty sent them to my home to repair my refrigerator two weeks ago. Two young guys, perhaps late teens to early twenties in age, arrived in their old car and brought in a tool box from the trunk of their car. They identified the part that needed replacing, said they would have to order it and it would take up to a week to deliver it, but they would call me when it arrived so they can install it. I paid them the $65 deductible from my home warranty policy using a check. When I wrote it out to Scooters Appliance Repair they told me their bank wont accept checks in their business name and that I had to write the check out to Travis Robertson instead. It has now been two weeks, I have not heard back from them, and my refrigerator still needs to be repaired. When I did not hear from them, I tried calling the number Home Advisor gave, 865-223-4650, but always got a generic answering that said the person at this number is not available and their mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages. I tried looking up Scooters Appliance on the internet and they are nowhere to be found. It appears I may be a victim of fraud. I wish I had not given them the $65 until after the refrigerator was repaired. I was never given a business card by these young guys, they do not have a listing that can be found other than with HomeAdvisor, so I doubt I will ever see them again - they simply took my money and disappeared with no way to contact them.

I called Travis very last minute about a washing machine repair and he was able to fit me into the schedule within hours. He is very knowledgeable and has a good work ethic.
