Franklin was excellent and knowledgeable about our 65 inch TV wall mount and surround sound mounting. He was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to my family or friends to complete wall mounting and information on remotes and surround systems. The TV looks amazing, there are no wires showing and I went from using six remotes to one remote.

This was the worst service I have ever used. I had an appointment planned at 11 am on Monday. He changed the appointment time 3 times so it was convenient to him. He showed up at 6pm that night to tell me he did not have the right tools. He said he would be back Wednesday at noon. He then texted me changing the time twice more. Eventually he got the job done but when I got to my apartment to inspect his work. The speakers did not work. I had to have him come back out again in which he disabled the wrong sources of sound and left them unplugged. AFTER I CALLED HIM AND EXPLAINED TO HIM HOW UPSET I WAS. He told me to fix it myself or pay him 100 dollars for another visit. This is the worst service and the employees might be even worse.

A professional developing his own business in technology repairs/setup. Was able to come in and re-set up the router and diagnose the problem my daughter had with the internet (required trying again to get hold of the internet provider, which finally happened on day 2). I would highly recommend him and it's good to know I have a qualified and professional technology person to call on to assist short notice since college assignment deadlines do not wait. Pleasant, fair and professional and totally fair and reasonable in his rates.
