He was courteous, on time and did great work. I had called several others before Scott and one didn't show up and didn't return my phone calls. Scott was a man of his word and showed up and also let me know when he was on his way. I would call him again in a heartbeat!

Although Scott was was not able to complete the work due to complexity of the issue, he did make several calls to help me connect with a team who could complete the type of repairs I needed. I liked that Scott was professional enough to indicate he was not the best person for the job. Scott also helped with a quick door frame repair while he was on site.

When I need anything done around my house Scott will be the one I call. I trusted him enough to leave him in my house while I was at work. He did what he came to do and locked everything up. My door looks fantastic! It didn't cost me a fortune and it was worth every dime!
