Scott was amazing. We have had plumbing issues with our home for 2 years and had multiple plumbers that were not able to correct them. Scott identified, analyzed and corrected the problems. He understood and corrected issues that we had with a tankless hot water system and identified that we had a defective valve and got us a replacement valve under warranty.

Scott is the best. Our water heater broke on Friday July1st! My husband just out of the hospital and no hot water...Scott came on Sunday morning to install a new! Did not work out because we had a complicated device to replace.Scott gave us various solutions to the problem. Any way on Tuesday the job was done. These guys are pros, friendly and clean. Two thumbs up.

For fixing leaks in two faucets on one bathroom sink, Scott Fitch was prompt and kept their appojntment as promised the next morning, fixed the leaks quickly (one plumber, one helper), and did it for $75.00- very reasonable! Scott was very professional and honest. He didn't try to get a job that didn't need to be done. LIke a lot of self employed business owners they see it as a job and fix something that doesn't need fixed just to make a buck. so I loved that he didn't try to take advantage of something that didn't need fixed. Scott explained why the plumbing was in such great shape even though it was polybutylene plumbing. I would recommend him to every one.

I was just calling to get Scott Fitch's phone number and you guys made a big production out it. E-mails back and forth, online forms and I ended up having to call you just to get his number, just to get an e-mail back with his actual phone number. I gave specific instruction in my first contact with you that and you gave me a referral to another plumber, and you gave hime my number. I was thinking of using your company for my business and I would never subject a potenial customer to your nonsense. Thanks anyway.

Scott Fitch is an outstanding plumber. He showed up on time and his price was very reasonable. Our schedules are very difficult but he was able to work around it. I think I left feedback the correct way but if I didn't please let me know. I would highly recommend him.
