Quality of work was just adequate. He never answered his phone and the voice mailbox was always full. He'd call back by the end of the day, but it was frustrating not being able to get in touch or leave a message. He had to reschedule multiple times due to "unforseen circumstances", drawing out the timeline for job completion longer than I could wait. I eventually had to let him go after the third last minute cancellation. To his credit, he's polite, very clean - always cleaned the work area and the path from the site to the front door every day.
