Very expensive pond and dock 2023, after 2 years started having problems. I personallyhad to do clean up,left fenceopen,concrete, big mounds of dirtand rocks . Rip in liner[10mil] and Geotech fabric started to fall apart. Spoke w Scott said he would help, and yes he put some secaflex on liner, but did nothing about geotex!!! The liner should have covered W SAND OR DIRT NEVER DONE. Asked if he would help and Even asked for estimate!!!!! to fix Geotex,, NEVER RESPONDED, ASKED AGAIN NEVER RESPONDED. Would have paid him to fix GEOTEX COVER, but he never responded after 4 times I gave up. Very poor finish or follow up .. sorry if he does this to you. Would never hire again.
