Mr. Scott indicated that he could not give a firm time to come in the afternoon so I suggested that he come the next morning at 10:00am. However, his truck was not working. He did call and indicated it was going to be some time around 11:00am. However, at 11:50am, he stated that he would be there in 20 minutes. While I understand things happened, one hour and half was too long. Also, I find the $196 fee to just come out and diagnose the problem quite high especially since we did use him to do the repair. I did not have the time to shop around and just wanted the pipe fixed. The work was good but expensive.
