My experience was positive though confusing. Scott Ruff never actually contacted me but, rather, a representative of another company associated with Scott. My actual contact (and contract) was with Freedom Siding and Windows. Despite the confusion over who I was dealing with, Freedom stuck with me through the red tape of getting the building permit and site plat, cleaning the area to be worked on and crazy dogs. The workmanship is superior to my expectations. The job was done in less than 3 days. We are waiting for inspection for completion of the project.

He did a good job. I did need to be clearer on the caulking but he came back and made sure I was completely happy. I have already recommended him to my neighbor. His pricing is great too.
