Had an unknown source of water in the yard. Couldn't locate a water leak, so we're pumping daily and hoping it shows itself. Water source maybe a high water table.

Tankless Water Heater - Install
The initial project target was to replace 2-50 gal water heaters with one tankless water-heater. We went over the pros & cons of that target with a straight water heater replacement, and because of my particular situation, I chose water heater replacement, which was both cheaper than the tankless option and $1000 less expensive than the nearest water-heater-replacement competitor. A rarity is that both the dog and parrot accepted Terry, immediately, as family! It was a pleasure talking with the man and giving him the opportunity to serve us.

My comments are the Mr. Terry told us early on in our work that he charged $100 an hour, and when we finished with the project, he tired to bill me $240 an hour. And when I asked him about breaking it down between time and materials, he had a very complicated time of figuring out what his time and materials were. He ended up coming down $400 on it, but when he told me what his time and what his materials were, they were both much higher than I could have purchased at Lowes myself for materials, and his time was still at $135 an hour for the project. So we did pay him, but we will not use them again.

Scott called immediately and gave me a good price. He was on-time, courteous and kept in touch with me to let me know when he would arrive. The issue was fixed and I had no further problems. I will call him again if I have any plumbing needs.

They completed the job two years ago and only now I have come to know that they had left part of the job, in an inaccessible area to me, unfinished. That left a gaping hole in the roof of my rental home for two years. They charges are also on the high end.

Mr. terry was prompt with replying to my request and sowed up on time. He was confronted with an olg plumbing system that required a LOT of extra work. He had to go out several times to et parts but say the project through to the end and now my faucets are working just fine. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am not used to service people going the extra mile that Scott did to get this job done. I will hire him again in a minute and will tell anyone who needs one that Scott is a great plumber.
