I have an outstanding experience with them. Michael is great at what he does, extremely professional, very thorough, he is really good at project management, great at organizing and getting tasks done. Very efficient, which I highly appreciate because he really got the project moving, something rare in remodeling projects nowadays. He did not cut corners and was not sloppy, but quite efficient and fast. He made the project fun, he is very engaging and enjoyable to be around with. Great communication, called constantly with new updates. He is really creative and he has beautiful ideas regarding projects, things I would not have though of myself. Created options for creating a kitchen or bathroom that were beyond what I could have thought of on my own. He is also very knowledgeable and up to date in current trends on how to make a bathroom beautiful. He also remodeled a kitchen for me and did a lot of re-decorating, all projects were outstanding, successful and it was overall a great experience! In terms of costs and expenses, he was very fair and reasonable.

STID did not pay contractors tens of thousands of dollars after we paid in full. Although he is pleasant and competent, financial mismanagement turned a bespoke project into a very unpleasant experience.

I have had absolutely fabulous experiences with Scott Thomas Interior Design, and I cannot recommend Scott highly enough! I have hired him about 4 times for remodeling and designing both home and commercial projects. I have always been immensely satisfied with his services. He has everything you want in a designer. He is smart and creative, bursting with ideas I never would have dreamed of. He has a genius for taking your space and making the most of it. He redesigned my entire home and somehow found ways to make it seem bigger than it was. He has a great eye and outstanding taste, and he always finds the way to make a space livable and beautiful in ways I could never do on my own. He is very versatile and can work with any style, from contemporary to traditional. Scott is great at really listening to you, hearing your ideas, and working with you (which many designers do not do!). Scott is also incredibly professional and a great partner to work with. He will work within your budget and is unbelievably organized. He works fast and efficiently and gets things done, yet he never compromises quality. Scott is a great problem solver and trouble shooter when the inevitable problems crop up. He always responds right away to calls and texts, and always addresses my questions and concerns. Scott has a great personality and is so fun to work with. He has great interpersonal and customer service skills. He finds a way to make remodeling and design feel like an adventure. He gets excited about design, and he makes you feel just as excited. If you want a great design experience, hire Scott Thomas.

Scott and Brian are great! They do as little or as much as I ask, without pressuring me into anything. Their simple, modern style fits my needs perfectly, and they're both super nice.

I wanted someone to help me pick colors to paint the interior of my home. Scott & Brian were very professional, they came to the house and took pictures, and a few days later delivered a cardboard with the actual colors pasted on and a sheet explaining all that my painter needed. I am very happy with the results.
