Scott's Floor Care & Carpet Cleaning

This was our first time to use this local business. Scott cleaned every area rug and carpet in our 3200 sq ft home. He worked all day for a â more than fairâ wage. And the bottom line is our carpets and area rugs are clean! We will use his services again. N&H Mount Vernon, WA

Very good job. I've already decided to use him next year. Not too expensive and only a few hours to do about half the house.

Carpet was still wet and semi dirty the next morning. Specifically ask if carpet would be dry and was told yes, it would be dry i a couple hours after cleaning.

He took his time, and used the proper chemicals, and got the areas cleaned that we didn't think could be cleaned.

I would like to be called back to follow up and to confirm the appointment before coming out, but other than that they were good.

Good service and fair pricing.

For starters, Scott was11/2 hours late and then we called him. He said he was running late and got here 1/2 hour later. I had ordered steaming cleaning of the carpets in an empty house, and instead he brought a water extraction cleaner. He was done in one hour and 15 minutes and the carpets were soaking wet when he left. I called him later that evening and told him I was unsatisfied. I didn't get what I asked for and it took two full days for the carpets to dry so we could move in. It was a great price if I had gotten what I asked for.I would not recommend him to anyone and would not use him again.

Scott was completely dedicated to his work and providing complete satisfaction to me as his customer. He was on time and was cheerful even after a very long day. He thoroughly cleaned a large sofa for me and I rated a little low on the value because I feel I should be able to do the same thing for much less. However, my thanks go out to Scott.

Scott was extremely helpful and flexible; I was moving and he adjusted his schedule to accommodate mine. There were some stains on one of the carpets and Scott went over them a couple of times with great success!!
