Scott Michael of Scott's Handyman and Landscaping Service should not offer painting services. We engaged him to paint the exteriors of our home and garage in preparation for sale. He forgot to show up as scheduled on 5/8/18, then forgot that power washing the buildings begins any paint job. A young man who admitted he had never pressure washed a building was assigned to wash the garage on 5/21. When he finished the garage was damaged by the high pressure stream to the extent that there was a hole in one of the doors. Scott estimated materials needed $1800+ where contractors who do nothing but painting estimated between $700 to $1100. He promised 4 painters but only 2 or 3 men showed up and only erratically. What finally ended our business relationship was when he told his painters that if they got hurt on the job they were on their own; he did not have workmen's compensation insurance to cover them. I do NOT RECOMMEND Scott Michael for any home project.
