I have hired him twice now to repair existing black walls and also to put in new wall. Both times I was extremely impressed with his work and he cleaned the place up like he had never been there. Would recommend to anyone.

I hired Scott to do some mowing and weed eating at my house. I also mentioned to him that I needed my gutters cleaned as well. I was not sure if his company did this but they offered to go rent a ladder and have it done the next day. I was very impressed with how my lawn looked! He also cleaned up the mess that was left over from the weed eating and gutters! I was extremely happy with my services and will be getting a hold of him for future projects. 09/16/2019 Update: I had orignially hired scotty to do a fence rebuild after somebody had backed into it at our business. He was quick with his quote, and had the job done within 1 week We decided to have him back to fill some of our holes in our parking lot. We wanted to be a little cheaper on the filling, so we asked Scotty for his opinion and have been happy ever since. He has a great vision for what each project will look like. After having multiple issues with our last snow removal contract we contracted Scott to come and take over. We have not had any issues with that either. He always has the snow removed by the time our business opens. Have not had any issues with him yet.

We hired Scott to give us an estimate for concrete and burying the run off from the downspouts. He could not do the concrete but did the downspouts. After the first rain, the drains were full. Turns out, he failed to drill holes in the drains. He came over and did that. During the next rain, the drains on the north side drained, not the ones on the south side. They finally did drain, but very slowly. This happened after every rain. We had a cement contractor come out and as he was removing the old cement, called us out to look at the drainage work that Scott had done. After 2 weeks of no rain (the ground was cracked), the drain and the corrugated pipe was full of water as was the trench, about 4 inches. I have pictures/emails/texts that back up this review. The cement contractor had to remove the drainage because first, since it was not draining it would ruin the cement by letting water run under it, causing heaving. Second, the drain was put right next to the driveway/sidewalk and there was no way they could put in their forms. The drain by the driveway was full of tape which looked like electrical tape. The contractors were shocked and said it should never have been done as it was. They said the same thing the waterproofing contractor subsequently said when we had him come out. We contacted Scott and asked him to come over to look at it and talk to us to see if we could work out a solution as we did not want it be a nasty situation. He said he would and try to get over by the week s end but no guarantees. He did not show and we did not hear a word. We then had a basement waterproofing company come over and he said it had been done incorrectly with no slope. Water does not run up hill. He said the only way to address it now was to get larger gutters to see if that would help. The gutter people had the same assessment. I turned him into the Better Business Bureau because after 3 weeks and no word, I was frustrated. He told the BBB that he said he would be over in 4 weeks. I have an email proving differently. He also told them that the contractor should have only had to remove 2-3 feet of the pipe. If that was the case, it should not have been installed as it was. He knew exactly what the concrete project involved since we had asked him for a bid. We were not the only ones stating that this was a problem, although Scott blamed the concrete contractor without ever seeing it - 4 other contractors with experience of 30+ years and high ratings on every site as well as the BBB, stated the same thing. It was never resolved and we are out a lot of money for us since we are retired.

Scotty Sarazin is a hard working and honest young man. He worked hard on transforming our backyard. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

When I called he gave and explained what I needed he provided me a quote within five minutes. Once I agreed to his price he was there within forty minutes. They did an excellent job and we not hesitate to use their services again.

Scott explains what hes doing. No hidden fees. Very polite and courteous to your property and to me. Definitely approved. Would use again.

Scott's landscaping has a lot of knowledge about what I wanted to be done, and I was completed satisfied with the outcome.

Hired Scott to come back after he had completed a major drainage/reslope of our backyard for rain water pooling issues. He operates a professional but customer-friendly business. He completed a beautiful brick patio and brick walkways in our back yard on time and for an excellent price. He also prepped and installed a front flag stone patio while tackling the install of a 5 ft statue as part of this patio project, it was beautifully done. Highly recommend Scott's Landscaping he has a tremendous grasp on all landscaping needs and has ability to individually design things that will greatly enhance your propertys' curb appeal.

Scott followed through on everything he said he would do. He replaced a old timber retaining wall with stone. The quality of work and design was outstanding. He went above and beyond all expectations. We were very pleased with the completed project.

Scott is a man of his words, the tree stump removal and reseeding that also included cleanup job was outstanding. He is committed and dedicated to providing the best service at the best cost. Whenever there were delays e.g., rain, Scott ensured to keep me inform of when he would return to complete the job. Fast and efficient, Scott and his team are a great crew that does exceptional work.

Scott is excellent to work with. He always told me what he was doing, when it would be done, if there was any delay. He called every day to say he was coming. So nice to work with a contractor who comminicates.
