Overall, very happy with Charles. He came out (initially with Scott) to define the scope of what needed to be done. Charles returned on Tuesday to start the removal of a tree and also trimming off my palm trees. Would recommend them.

Stephen was extremely efficient and helpful. He identified the problem quickly with the solenoid and was able to replace the remote device with a new one. He gave me afew tips on checking out the valves manually. Thank you Stephen!

I also use Scott for weekly mowing and trimming. He does good work on time at reasonable rates. I have also used him to get workers to build a patio cover and patio extension with a fire pit. Everything was quality work done on time at as reasonable a price as you will find these days.

They took the deposit for two different projects; the second project was abandoned and they never returned the deposit. In 25 days, they worked on the site for 1 and a half days and completed 7% of the total project. He lied to me and continued lying about the timeline and not returning my money.

I think the guy they sent out was not an actual employee but a subcontractor of some kind. He did not really finish the job but fixed the problem -- at least for the time being. I hope it stays fixed.
