Mr. Scott was the first to contact us from Home Advisor. He arrived on time to give an estimate and again to complete the install. We found his estimate to be fair and complete. His quote was fair and reasonable and was exactly what we were charged. His work quality is top-notch. We have found our plumber and have already recommended him to a friend.

When Mr. Scott came to my house he appeared to be knowledgeable about plumbing. However, his profile on Home Advisor says "Free Estimates" but I was charged $50 for the estimate. When I told Mr. Scott that I thought the estimate was free he said, "Didn't Home Advisor advise you that there was a fee?" I said that I was not advised by anyone that there was a $50 fee for the estimate. Sadly, I am left to believe that you can't always believe what is written on the profiles of the contractors on Home Advisor's website.

Everything he did, you knew it was needed and you knew he was going to do a Great job because he was looking out for you. Thank you Home advisor for recommending Darrell and thank you Darrell for being the Plumber you are. PS: It's nice to have hot water again.....

Essentially my project normally would be very simple, to tighten an existing faucet to the counter. After inquiring through HA, MR Scott contacted me and we set up an appointment for the same day. MR SCOTT arrived promptly and on time. After examining the situation a simple project was complicated by the extreme tight quarters surrounding the faucet (which I was fully aware of). The "easy" solution was a special wrench supplied by the faucet manufacture, which neither of us had. But true to his profession, MR SCOTT managed to accomplish his mission. MR SCOTT was professional, courteous and prompt. In addition, although the work was much more complicated than originally described over the phone he maintained his original estimate which was very fair (especially compared to the "big boys").

DARRYL SCOTT was very professional, honest, and his response was timely. His estimate of the job was very good compared to others. The kitchen sink/faucet , garbage disposal installation was professional. Guarantees his work and is available for future jobs. Great job!
