No sales calls. With more than 30 years in the building trades, Scott Arnao has been serving the Denver area for over 20 years, providing new construction, remodeling, and home repairs. Scott has had a registered business in the city and county of Denver since 1995, and is registered with the Secretary of State. Prior to opening his own business, Scott Arnao built, repaired and maintained elevators, escalators, home lifts, and dumbwaiters from 1983 through 1991. In addition, Scott has many years of experience in residential home painting, backup carpentry, and punch up lists. Scott's Remodeling, takes the handyman service to new heights! Whether he is working on installing a new window in your home, plumbing services, or installing or repairing a door, Scott can take your project from the ground up to point of finish. I assumed a level of competency based on a high rating and was very disappointed in the work product. While the quality was very disappointing the poor rating is based on contractor's behavior once he knew I was disappointed. Suffice it to say I was harassed for immediate payment and threatened not to post a negative review. I found it shocking really and felt compelled to warn Home Advisor that Scott might not be stable.

Scott did an excellent job for us! He's a wonderful trim carpenter and made sure we were totally happy with the job. He's a craftsman and takes so much care to make sure the work is done right. I would highly recommend him for any type of renovation project! He's dependable, reasonably priced and a delight to have around!

I've used Scott for 14 years. His prices are very reasonable. He is very helpful in explaining the process and making suggestions during the job. He goes into detail about the material. He is punctual, you could count on him. When he has a crew that he oversees, he makes sure they are professional also.
